A note on the state budget by the ACA president

TO ALL ACA MEMBERS,
There will be many proposals being circulated during the next several days and weeks regarding the State's Budget crisis. Keep in mind that they are exactly what the words mean - a PROPOSAL!!! Nothing has been decided regarding budget cuts, pay reductions or anything else pertaining to addressing the State's financial crisis. Remember what you hear on television, radio or talkshows, as well as newspapers, is sensationalize and inflammatory because it is design to get your attention so you will tune into their television, radio, talkshow or buy their newspaper.
